  • Grape slices with cheese cream

    It is also the season of grapes and vineyard in our backyard! I love grapes and also can be used in baking cakes and pies!

    Ingredients

    • 4 eggs
    • 4 tablespoons powdered sugar
    • 1 tablespoon water
    • 4 tablespoons coarse flour
    • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
    • 800 g of grapes
    • 500 ml of grape juice
    • 2 packets of pure gelatin Cake
    • The cream cheese:
    • 250 ml milk
    • Medium, 30 g flour
    • 250 g butter
    • 150 g of powdered sugar
    • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
    • 250 g low-fat soft curd

    Directions
