Grandmother's Light And Fluffy Dumplings
Ingredients
- 1 c. flour, add in gradually
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoon butter
- 4 egg yolks
- 4 egg whites
Directions
- Bring to boil, remove from fire and add in 4 egg yolks, beaten, 4 egg whites beaten and mix in. Drop from spoon in any stew, gravy, or possibly soup (drop in small portions), let boil for 6 min without lifting cover. Will be light and delicious! Makes 6.
