Grandma Margaret's Hungarian Noodles And Cabbage
Ingredients
- 1 head cabbage
- 4 onions
- Oil
- Salt, 1 teaspoon or possibly more to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 1 box bow ties or possibly thin noodles
Directions
- Slice cabbage in long strips. Saute/fry onions and cabbage in batches using a small amount of oil each time till soft. Add in salt and pepper. Cook bow ties or possibly noodles, then mix all ingredients together and serve with meat. Delicious!
