Gorgonzola And Fresh Thyme Sauce For Pasta
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. heavy or possibly whipping cream
- 6 ounce aged gorgonzola cheese crumbled
- 1 tsp fresh thyme or possibly
- 1/2 tsp dry thyme
- 3 x generous grates nutmeg or possibly
- 1/8 tsp grnd nutmeg salt white pepper warm cooked pasta
Directions
- Stir together cream, cheese, thyme, and nutmeg in a large skillet. Cook gently over medium heat till mix reduces by one-fourth. Add in salt and pepper to taste. Toss with pasta to coat well. Serve with extra nutmeg, if you like.
