Good Hungarian Goulash
Ingredients
- 9 ounce Onions
- 5 ounce Smoked bacon, finely diced
- 1/2 tsp Paprika
- 7 ounce Lean beef, cut into small pcs Potatoes Salt Marjoram Caraway seeds Garlic (optional)
Directions
- In pressure cooker bottom, saute/fry onion and bacon; add in garlic if you like.
- Stir in paprika and immediately add in not quite 1 1/4 c. water. Add in beef, potatoes, salt, marjoram and crushed caraway seeds. Put on lid, and pressure-cook for 15 min.
- Makes 4 servings.
