  • Golden Mushroom Chicken

    Ingredients

    • Vegetable cooking spray
    • 4 x Skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
    • 2 c. Sliced mushrooms
    • 1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed cream of chicken soup
    • 1 c. 2% lowfat lowfat milk
    • 1 Tbsp. French's Dijon mustard
    • 2 can (2.8 ounces each) Durkee French Fried Onions

    Directions

    1. Generously coat a large skillet with vegetable cooking spray, heat till warm. Cook chicken till browned on both sides, about 5 min. Add in mushrooms. Cook and stir till mushrooms are golden brown. Stir in soup, lowfat milk, mustard and 1/2 can French Fried Onions. Bring to a boil, stirring. Reduce heat. Simmer, covered, for 5-8 min or possibly till chicken is done. Meanwhile, place remaining onions in a microwave-safe dish. Microwave on HIGH for 1 minute or possibly till golden brown. Sprinkle over chicken.
