    Pumpkins and walnuts together in a recipe.That has to be good both for the taste buds and also for our health and immune system.So this recipe just is made for a healthy snack which is both good for you and also so very yummy too.Lovely snack/ treat for the kids.

    Ingredients

    • 1 can yellow pumpkin pulp
    • 1 can evaporated milk
    • 3 large eggs
    • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
    • 1 box plain vanilla cake mix
    • 100 gm butter- plain
    • 1 cup walnuts crushed coarsely
    • 2 tbsp sweetened condensed milk
    • 4 tbsp honey

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
    2. Grease and line a cake pan with wax paper
    3. Mix pumpkin puree,milk,condensed milk,sugar,cinnamon and honey.
    4. Pour into the pan.Sprinkle the cake mix on top of the Pumpkin mix.
    5. Sprinkle coarsely powdered walnut powder evenly on top of cake mix.
    6. Bake for 1 hour.
    7. Let it cool for 15 mins and then turn it over onto a serving platter.
    8. Remove wax paper carefully and refrigerate until ready to be served.
