Goat Cheese With Sun Dried Tomatoes And Rosemary
Ingredients
- 3 x Dry tomatoes, halved
- 3 cl Garlic, pressed
- 2 Tbsp. Canola oil
- 1 Tbsp. Fresh rosemary, minced
- 1 x French bread loaf Canola oil
- 10 ounce Goat cheese Fresh rosemary sprigs
Directions
- Let stand 5 min - drain and chop. Combine tomatoes and next 3 ingredients...cover and refrigerateup to 4 hrs. Slice baguette thinly, brush rounds with additional oil. Place on a baking sheet and bake at 350 for 8 min or possibly till lightly toasted. Just before serving, place goat cheese on a plate and top with marinated tomatoes. Serve with baguette rounds and garnish.
