Gluten free Cinnamon Raison Bread
SO easy and tres yum! Ingredients
- 1 cup brown rice flour
- .5 tsp arrow root
- 1 cup multipurpose gluten free flour
- 2.5 tsp of baking powder
- 1.5 tsp cinnamon
- about 100 grams of apple sauce (I used one of the single serving cups)
- 1 cup vanilla soygurt
- 4-5 mini boxes or raisons :D or about 3/4 a cup
- 1/2-3/4 cups water
Directions
- Start by combining all your dry goods.
- Stir each ingredient as you add it.
- next add your apple sauce
- then your soygurt
- and finally your water a little at a time untill you have a thick pleasant batter.
- Bake at 350 for about 40 min
- Let it set in the pan about 10 min then flip out onto a plate, slice and serve warm with margerine
