Gluten-free Bread flour blend
This blend works well in my bread machine and for the oven as well. Ingredients
- 1 cup BROWN rice flour
- 1 cup Buckwheat flour
- 1 cup Tapioca flour
- 1 cup Potato starch
- 3/4 cup chickpea flour
- 1/3 IDAHOAN mashed potato flakes
Directions
- Combine ingredients in a large bowl.
- Whisk to blend.
- Store in airtight container in refrigerator.
