Glazed Ham A La Orange
Ingredients
- 3 to 4 pound canned ham
- Whole cloves
- 1 (6 ounce.) can frzn orange juice concentrate, thawed
- 1 c. dark corn syrup
- Fresh grnd cloves
- Dash grnd cinnamon
Directions
- Place ham in shallow roasting pan. Bake in 325 degree oven for 1 1/4 hrs. Remove ham from pan; pour drippings from roasting pan. Score top of ham with 1/4 inch deep cuts. Stud top with whole cloves.
- Combine orange concentrate, corn syrup, grnd cloves and cinnamon. Brush half of mix over ham. Return to oven; bake 15 to 20 min more, basting often with sauce. Heat remaining sauce; pass. Makes 10 servings.
