- 2/3 cup Wesson Oil
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 4 Tbsp molasses or 1/4 cup.
- 2 cups flour
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt (optional)
- 1 tsp ginger
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Directions
- Mix ingredients in order of listing and preheat oven to 350 degrees. Roll into balls and then roll balls in white sugar and bake for 15 minutes.
