Ginger Roasted Green Beans
Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 x garlic clove sliced
- 1/4 tsp minced fresh thyme
- 1 lb fresh green beans
- 1 Tbsp. grated fresh ginger
Directions
- Combine first 5 ingredients in a jellyroll pan; add in green beans, tossing to coat. Bake at 400 degrees, stirring occasionally, for 20 min or possibly till beans are crisp-tender. Toss in ginger.
- This recipe yields 6 servings.
