Ginger Orange Carrots (For Pressure Cooker)
Ingredients
- 1 lb Carrots, cut in quarters, lengthwise
- 1/4 c. Frzn orange juice concentrate, thawed
- 1/4 c. Melted butter
- 1 Tbsp. Honey or possibly syrup
- 1/2 tsp Ginger
- 1/2 tsp Salt
Directions
- Tempt young palates with fresh vegetables which truly have a swinging flavor! Use the magic of the pressure cooker to produce these coloful and appetizing three-minute wonders.
- Place carrots in cooker, without rack. Blend remaining ingredients and pour over carrots. Close Cover securely. Cook 3 min. Cold cooker at once.
- Makes 4 servings.
