Ingredients
- 2 c. WATER
- 10 lb COOKIE MIX SUGAR #10
- 3/4 c. CAKE MIX YELLOW #10
- 3 Tbsp. CINNAMON Grnd 1 LB CN
- 6 Tbsp. GINGER Grnd
Directions
- PAN: 18 BY 26-INCH SHEET PAN TEMPERATURE: 375 F. OVEN :1. MIX COOKIE MIX AND CONTENTS OF SODA POUCHES.
- 2. Add in GINGER, CINNAMON, MOLASSES AND WATER. BEAT AT MEDIUM SPEED 1 MINUTE. Don't OVERMIX.
- 3. SPREAD ABOUT 6 LB 2 Ounce (2 3/4 Quart) DOUGH Proportionately INTO EACH GREASED PAN.
- 4. BAKE AT 350 F. 25 Min.
- 5. CUT 6 BY 18 WHILE STILL Hot.
- SERVING SIZE: 2 BARS
