  • German Sweet Chocolate Pudding Pie

    Ingredients

    • 1/3 c. margarine
    • 1/3 c. brown sugar packed
    • 1/3 c. angel flake coconut
    • 1/3 c. minced pecans
    • 1 x baked 9 inch pastry shell
    • 2 pkt jell-o pudding/pie filling**
    • 3 c. lowfat milk
    • 4 ounce sweet chocolate
    • 1 c. thawed cold-whip
    • 1 whl pecans scraped sweet chocolate

    Directions

    1. ** Either Chocolate or possibly Vanilla flavor cook & serve Pudding & Pie FillingHeat margarine, sugar, coconut and pecans in small saucepan till spread and sugar are melted and mix comes to boil. Boil 30 seconds.
    2. Spread on bottom of pastry shell.
    3. Stir pudding mix into milkin medium saucepan. Add in chocolate. Stirring constantly, cook on medium heat till mix comes to full boil. Remove from heat. Cold 5 min, stirring occasionally. Pour over coconut mix. Place plastic wrap on surface of pudding mix. Chill at least 4 hrs or possibly till set. Remove plastic wrap. Spread with whipped topping. Garnish as desired. Store leftover pie in refrigerator.
