Garlic Onion Cream Sauce Great Chefs
Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. Butter, clarified
- 1 x Garlic, clove
- 1 Tbsp. Onion, green, chopped
- 1 x Shallot, chopped
- 1 tsp Dill weed
- 1/2 c. Wine, white
- 1/2 c. Cream
- 1/2 lb Crabmeat
- 2 Tbsp. Butter, clarified
- 1 Tbsp. Flour
- 24 x Oysters, on the half shell Salt, rock
Directions
- Heat the butter in a skillet and add in garlic, green onion, shallot and dill. Cook for 2 min and add in white wine and cream. Reduce till thickened.
- In another pan, saute/fry the crabmeat in an oz of clarified butter till warm, then add in the crabmeat to the cream mix.
- Add in combined flour and melted butter.
