Garlic-Lemon Butter Toasted Bread Slices
Great side to any Pasta main course. Can freeze before baking. Ingredients
- 1 stick sweet cream butter
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- one lemon juice only
- one teaspoon chopped finely parsley
- 20 ounce Loaf French Bread
Directions
- Pre Heat Oven 425 F
- Cut ends off of the French Bread Loaf, slice bread and stack on a clean work surface
- In a mixing bowl add softened butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, parsley and stir well to combine
- Coat each slice of bread well with Garlic-Lemon butter spread, add each slice on a rimmed baking sheet pan(s) and place into the oven and bake until lightly brown
- Serve and enjoy!
