Garlic Chives (boiled chives with Soba soup)
I usually eat garlic chives with Miso vinegar sauce. But this time I tried to combine with grated ginger and soba noodle sauce. Ingredients
- A bunch of Garlic chives
- grated ginger 1/ 2 or 1 tsp (your choice)
- Soba Noodle sauce (dilute) 2 - 3 tbsp
Directions
- Boil the chives.
- Cut into 3 cm in length. Place into the bowl.
- The noodle soup, add water to become slightly thinner than regular noodle soup.
- Pour grated ginger and diluted noodle soup over the chives then mix quickly.
- Serve in small bowl.
