Garlic, Chili And Fish Sauce (Nuoc Cham)
Ingredients
- 1/4 c. Fish sauce
- 1/4 c. Rice vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. Sugar
- 2 Tbsp. Lime juice
- 1 Tbsp. Garlic
- 1 tsp Chili paste
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and chill over night to blend flavors.
- Yield - 1/2 c.
