Garlic butter & Black pepper Baked Tilapia
Outstanding fish for any night, serve with your choice of rice and vegetable, making a complete family meal. Ingredients
- 4-5-6 ounce Tilapia Fillets
- 2 tablespoons black peppercorns
- one tablespoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 stick melted butter
- one teaspoon minced garlic
Directions
- In a small ramekin add black peppercorns, smoked paprika, minced garlic (I use from a jar), stir well
- Melt the butter in the microwave for 45 seconds, pour over Tilapia fillets in a non stick baking dish
- Add pepper-garlic-paprika mix over the buttered Tilapia fillets
- Place into a 375 F hot oven covered with foil and bake 12 minutes
