Garlic And Oil Pasta Sauce
Ingredients
- 1/4 c. extra virgin olive oil
- 15 lrg garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 tsp warm red pepper flakes
- 1/2 c. parsley, fresh, finely salt pepper, black
- 1/4 c. parmesan, grated
Directions
- Heat oil in skillet. Add in garlic, pepper flakes, and parsley and cook till garlic is tender, about 4 min. Stir in salt and pepper and toss with warm pasta in a serving bowl. Fold in cheese, if used.
- Recommended pasta: 3/4 lb. spaghetti or possibly spaghettini
