Garlic And Herb Shrimp And Pasta Supper
Ingredients
- 1 c. Uncooked shell pasta, 4 ounce.
- 1 c. Frzn peas
- 4 ounce Frzn cooked shrimp, thawed
- 1 ounce Light garlic and herb soft spreadable cheese, 5 ounce.
- 2 1/2 ounce Sliced mushrooms, liquid removed
- 2 Tbsp. Lowfat milk
Directions
- In a large saucepan, cook pasta according to directions on package, adding peas during last 2 mins. of cooking time. Drain and return to pot. Add in shrimp, cheese spread, mushrooms and lowfat milk. Cook over low heat for 1-2 mins.
- or possibly till cheese is melted and mix is warm, stirring constantly.
- NOTES : More shrimp can be added if you like.
