Garden Chicken Pesto Salad
Ingredients
- 1 pkt Di Giorno Tortelloni - (9 ounce) any flavor
- 1 pkt Louis Rich Italian-Style Chicken Breast Strips - (6 ounce)
- 1/2 c. Di Giorno Basil Pesto Sauce
- 2 c. minced fresh vegetables (carrots, broccoli, green pepper) Minced tomato as needed
Directions
- Prepare pasta as directed on package; drain. Rinse with cool water.
- Toss pasta with chicken breast strips, sauce, and vegetables. Sprinkle with tomato. Chill.
- This recipe yields 3 servings.
