Fusilli Al Sugo Di Fave (Fusilli With Fava Bean Sauce)
- 10 ounce Fusilli pasta
- 12 ounce Fresh fava beans
- 2 x Cloves garlic Tomato puree Extra virgin olive Oil Salt Fresh basil
- Crush the garlic and saute/fry it in the oil. Add in the fava beans and tomato puree. Season with salt to taste, add in 1/2 c. boiling water and cook till the beans are done. Sprinkle with minced basil. Cook the fusilli al dente and serve with the sauce.
