Fruit & Vegetable Protein Smoothie
This post workout smoothie is also a great way to sneak fiber and healthy spinach into the anti veggie eater's diet. Note: The protein amount may be over 20 grams depending on the brand of protein. Ingredients
- 1/2 cup apple juice and 1/4 water or 3/4 cup water
- 5 strawberries
- 1 banana
- 2 scoops whey protein
- 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
- handful Baby Spinach
- Ice as desired
Directions
- place in blender and pulverize.
