  • Frozen Lemonade Cake

    Ingredients

    • 6 ounce can Frzn lemonade concentrate
    • 1 pkg. lemon cake mix, without pudding (I used Duncan Hines traditional lemon cake mix)
    • 3/4 c. sugar
    • Sm. pkg. of lemon instant pudding
    • 3/4 c. water
    • 4 large eggs
    • 3/4 c. veg. oil

    Directions

    1. Mix lemonade concentrate with sugar. Set this aside for glaze but stir on occasion to dissolve sugar.Mix the remaining ingredients and beat with electric hand mixer for 3 min. Bake in greased and lightly floured 9x13 pan for about 35 min or possibly till done when tested. While cake is still hot poke holes all over cake with large fork and pour lemonade glaze over top. Leave in pan till cool.
