Fried Oyster Sandwich
Makes a great lunch or light supper. Using fresh oysters are best! Ingredients
- 4 ounces Fresh Oysters
- one egg
- 1/4 scant cup seasoned bread crumbs
- 2 tablespoons Thousand Island dressing
- Chopped lettuce
- One 6 " sub roll
Directions
- Dip fresh oysters in egg wash and roll in bread crumbs, using a deep fryer drop beaded oysters into hot oil and fry until cooked through and golden brown, use paper towels to drain excess oil
- Slice open sub roll, add Thousand Island Dressing to the top of bun, add lettuce and breaded oysters.
- Serve and enjoy!
