Fried Onion Quiche
Ingredients
- 8 x strips bacon
- 3 x Large eggs
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 c. grated Swiss cheese
- 1 3/4 c. French fried onion rings
- 1 x baked 9" pie shell
Directions
- Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
- In a skillet cook strips of bacon till crisp; remove, drain, and crumble.
- In a medium bowl beat together the crumbled bacon, Large eggs, lowfat sour cream, salt, Worcestershire sauce, and grated Swiss cheese. Gently mix in French fried onion rings.
- Pour into a 9-inch baked pie shell and bake for 30 min.
- This recipe yields 6 servings.
