This is a great flavor enhancer...and so easy to do. We do not recommend eating this stuff straight, tho...
- 2 TBL Butter
- 2 TBL Olive Oil
- 4 Cloves Garlic, chopped
- Place butter and garlic in a pan and allow to mix and get hot.
- Add garlic and stir...allowing garlic to almost burn.
- Remove from heat and allow to cool.
- Place in air tight container and store in refridgerator.
- Add to food that might need a kick.
