Fresh Fruit Pie
Ingredients
- 1 x baked pie shell Fresh fruit sliced (not sweetened) to fill the pie shell and mound up in the middle (use bananas, strawberries, peaches, any fresh berries)
- 1 can Eagle Brand lowfat milk
- 1 x (8 ounce.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1/2 c. lemon juice Whipped topping
Directions
- Blend cream cheese, lowfat milk and lemon juice and spread over sliced fruit.
- Make sure to seal edges. Chill for 6-8 hrs before frosting with whipped topping. This pie is very juicy. Enjoy
