    Ingredients

    • CHERRY FILLING
    • 4 cups pitted dark cherries, halved
    • 2 tablespoons flour
    • 1/3 cup orange juice
    • CRISP TOPPING
    • 1 1/2 cups rolled oats
    • 1/2 cup flour
    • 1/2 cup brown sugar
    • 1 tsp cinnamon
    • 1/8 tsp salt
    • 1/2 cup butter, softened

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 375ºF and spray a 13 x 9 inch pan with nonstick cooking spray.
    2. In a medium-sized bowl, toss cherries with 2 tablespoons of flour and orange juice.
    3. Pour into the casserole dish and set aside.
    4. In a separate bowl, mix together all of the crumble ingredients.
    5. In a stand mixer, cut the butter into the dry ingredients until it forms little crumbles.
    6. Evenly spread crumble topping over the cherries in the casserole dish.
    7. Place in the oven and bake at 375ºF for 30 minutes or until the filling begins to bubble and the crumble topping begins to brown
