Fresh Blueberry Cake
Blueberries are so sweet and in season here! Make almost any thing sweet with them. I love this cake in the morning served warm with honey lemon butter spread. Ingredients
- 1-1/2 Cups Self-Rising Flour
- Dash of iodized salt
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 scant cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1-1/4 cups fresh blueberries
Directions
- Pre Heat Oven 375 F
- Grease a round cake pan, set aside
- In a bowl add flour, eggs, oil and mix until combines, add sugar, salt and run mixer again, fold in fresh blueberries.
- Transfer to prepared cake pan and bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Delicious served warm!
