Freezing Zucchini

Directions

1. Wash the zucchini.
2. Cut off the end. If you use a V-Slicer or a grater, leave the stem on the zucchini so that you can use it as a handle. You can also use a food processor.
3. Grate zucchini.
4. Fill freezer bags.
5. Freeze.
