Finding a container with mystery ingredients, I defrosted it to find some pepper steak. I had counted on it being soup so I transformed it, into one of the most tasty soups, I have had.

    Ingredients

    • Ingredients:
    • left over pepper steak and sauce (cooked meat of any kind)
    • 2 cups water or more
    • 2 cups sliced bell peppers, any color
    • 3/4 cup snow peas (frozen)
    • 1 teaspon Worcestershire sauce
    • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
    • dash of black pepper
    • 1 ginger cube (frozen)
    • 1 garlic cube (frozen)
    • 1 basil cube (frozen)
    • You can substitute real ginger, garlic and basil or dried. I love the little cubes.
    • 1 medium onion sliced
    • a few mushrooms, sliced

    Directions

    1. Put pepper steak and water in medium saucepan.
    2. Add seasoning cubes.
    3. Add Worcesterhire sauce and soy sauce.
    4. In skillet, stir fry the onions, bell peppers, mushrooms and snow peas, briefly.
    5. Add the vegetables to the soup.
    6. If you think more water is needed, add the amount necessary. If you add a lot, I would double the spices and sauces.
    7. Cook for 30 minutes.
