    Ingredients

    • 40 Saltine Crackers
    • 1c.Brown Sugar packed
    • 1c. Butter
    • 2T.Light Corn Syrup
    • 12-oz pkg Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips

    Directions

    1. Line a pan with aluminum foil.
    2. Lightly grease foiled pan.
    3. Arrange crackers in a layer. Covering the whole bottom of pan.
    4. Combine brown sugar, butter and corn syrup in a sauce pan over medium heat.
    5. Boil for 4min. stirring constantly.
    6. Pour over crackers evenly.
    7. Bake at 375 for about 5min
    8. Remove from oven. Immediately sprinkle with choc. chips.
    9. Return to oven for about a1min until choc. chips are melted.
    10. Remove from oven and spread choc. over crackers until smooth.
    11. Place pan into fridge to cool.
    12. When set. Break into serving size pieces.
    13. Store in air tight container.
