Fish With Tequila (Pescado Con Tequila)
Ingredients
- 1 lb Pacific red snapper filets
- 1/4 c. minced fresh basil
- 2 Tbsp. tequila
- 2 Tbsp. oyster sauce Juice of 1/2 lime
Directions
- Place fish in bowl. Add in basil, tequila, oyster sauce and lime juice. Mix well. Cover and refrigerate3 hrs.
- Drain fish and grill over medium heat till fish flakes with fork and is cooked through, 3 to 5 min per side. Serve this with white rice and vegetables.
- This recipe yields 4 servings.
