Fish Nuggets
Ingredients
- 3 tbsp. corn flake crumbs
- 1 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1 egg white, lightly beaten
- 1/2 lb. firm whitefish fillets, cut into 1 inch pieces
- Vegetable cooking spray
Directions
- Combine corn flake crumbs and next 3 ingredients in a shallow bowl; set aside.
- Place egg white in a shallow bowl. Dip fish in egg white, and dredge in crumb mixture.
- Place on baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Bake at 500 degrees for 8 minutes or until crispy and browned.
