    Ingredients

    • 500 grams of creamy dory fillet (2 pcs)
    • 3 tbsp all-purpose flour
    • 3 tbsp cooking oil
    • 2 tbsp minced garlic
    • 2 tbsp minced onion
    • 1/4 cup of garbanzos
    • 1 cup tomato sauce (UFC Filipino Style)
    • 1/2 cup chicken stock
    • 2 pcs red bell pepper, roasted then sliced
    • 1 tsp spanish paprika
    • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
    • 1 tsp cornstarch
    • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese
    • salt and pepper

    Directions

    1. Season fish with salt and pepper. Dredge fish in all-purpose flour then pan fry in oil until cooked and set aside.
    2. In a pan, saute garlic, onion, and red bell pepper. Ad the cayenne pepper and spanish paprika. Simmer for a few minutes and then add the tomato sauce, chicken stock, and cornstarch.
    3. Simmer until slightly thick. Season with salt and pepper then add garbanzos.
    4. In an 8 x 5 casserole, layer by topping the sauce on the fish. Sprinkle the cheese on top and bake in an over toaster.
