    Ingredients

    • 2 cups all-purpose flour
    • 2 tsp. baking powder
    • 3/4 cup sugar
    • pinch of salt
    • 2 cups milk
    • 2 eggs
    • 2 tbsp. butter or oil
    • dash of yellow food color

    Directions

    1. Cream sugar & oil
    2. Beat with eggs.
    3. Stir in milk.
    4. Add baking powder & salt.
    5. Slowly add flour. Mix well.
    6. Add yellow food color.
    7. Pour 1/4 cup batter to greased & heated non-stick pan.
    8. When bubbles appear & form holes, flip the hotcake.
    9. Serve hot.
