Fiber Cookies
Ingredients
- 3 x Hershey Lowfat milk Chocolate bars (1.55 ounce each)
- 2 c. Fiber One cereal
- 1/2 c. raisins or possibly dry cranberries
Directions
- Heat bars in microwave till smooth at 30 second intervals. Be careful not to burn. Place cereal and raisins in a large bowl and pour chocolate over them. Toss gently to coat the cereal. Drop onto wax paper making 16 cookie size pcs. Freeze for 30 min, then store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
