Fettuccini with Basil and Olive Oil
An easy pasta recipe that kids and adults will surely love. One of my favorite pasta treat! Ingredients
- 1 package fetuccine pasta
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 pieces red tomatoes (seeded and sliced)
- 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves (cut into thin strips_
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
- parmesan cheese
Directions
- Bring a large pot of salted water and bring to a boil.
- Add the pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes until al dente; or as package instructions. Drain the water and set aside.
- In a large bowl, toss the cooked pasta, tomatoes, olive oil, garlic, and basil. Season with salt and pepper.
- You can add toppings (optional)
