Fettuccine with Spinach & Feta Crumbles in a light Lemon-Butter Sauce

- 16 ounces Fettuccine Pasta
- 8 ounces cooked chopped spinach
- 1/2 cup Feta Cheese Crumbles
- 2 fresh Lemon Juice only
- 3 tablespoons melted butter
- Salt and Black Pepper to taste
Directions
- In a pot of salted boiling water add fettuccine pasta and cook per package instructions, drain
- In a saucepan on low heat add lemon juice, butter and stir to mix
- Have chopped spinach cooked and ready to add to Fettuccine in a large mixing bowl
- Add lemon/butter sauce, feta cheese crumbles, toss gently and serve.
