Fatoush Salad Ingredients
- Tomato, [cubes] 1 kg
- Cucumber, [cubes] 1 kg
- Red radish [sliced quarter rounds] 200 grams
- Green capsicum, [julienne] 100 grams
- Mint leaves 50 grams
- Parsley [chiffonade] 50 grams
- Rigla or Bale (Purslane) 50 grams
- Lettuce [chiffonade] 400 grams
- Sumac 50 grams
- Olive oil 100 grams
- Lemon juice [added at the time of serving] Taste
- Lemon salt [if you want the basic to last a long time] Taste
- Salt Taste
- Additional:
- Onion, red [julienne to be added only at the time of serving] 150 grams
Directions
- Method:
- 1. Mix all of the ingredients together and put the sumac and mix again.
- 2. Before serving put the onion and lemon and olive oil and
- all together.
