    Use for cookies, pie dough, excellent medium for a high end product.

    Ingredients

    • 8oz sugar
    • 16ozs butter room temp ( absolutely NO substitute!)
    • 24 oz flour
    • 1 egg

    Directions

    1. empty flour on to work surface
    2. rub better into flour until mix resmebles bread crumbs
    3. add sugar
    4. make a well in center
    5. add 1 egg beaten
    6. roll into ball
    7. chill for 20 mins
    8. roll out onto lightly floured surface until desired thickness ( 1/2 inch?)
    9. cut into sesired shapes
    10. lay onto a lined baking sheet
    11. sprinkle with sugar
    12. bake on top shelf of oven
    13. 350f convection 365f reg until set and one shade darker than raw dough. (underside will be lighly golden)
    14. Leave on tray to cool.
    15. decorate
    16. If using a kitchenaid or similar, put all ingedients into mixer and work on #1 until ingredients ball.
