Enchilidas
Ingredients
- 2 lbs ground beef or turkey, browned and drained
- 2 cans enchilda sauce
- 2 pkg grated monterey jack cheese
- 1-2 pkg flour tortillas
- taco seasoning mix
Directions
- Brown meat and drain
- add appropriate amount of taco seasoning mix (add water and simmer as on directions for taco mix)
- place meat in a thin layer in center of tortilla
- roll and place in baking pan (9x13)
- Cover with Enchilida sauce
- top with cheese
- bake 350 for 20 minutes
