Eggplants and tomatoes appetizer
Easy appetizer from eggplants, tomatoes, garlic and mayonnaise. Ingredients
- 1 big eggplant
- 1 tomato
- garlic
- salt
- 2 Tbsp mayonnaise
- oil for frying
- parsley, dill
Directions
- Fry sliced eggplants on each side, put fried pieces on napkin to dry
- Slice tomato
- Put on plate pieces of eggplants, sprinkle sliced garlic, salt it, on each piece of eggplant put tomato piece, add a bit of mayonnaise on each and greens
