Egg Pie
Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- 5 eggs
- 1 ½ cups sweet milk
- 1 teaspoon lemon flavoring
- ½ stick margarine
- 9-8nch unbaked pie crust
Directions
- 1. Beat sugar and eggs until well blended; then add milk and beat for about 2 minutes.
- 2. Add flavoring and beat 1 minute. Line a 9-inch pie plate with unbaked pie crust.
- 3. Dot the bottom with the margarine; then pour filling into plate and bake at 300 degrees for 45 minutes, or until well done.
