Egg Drop Soup
Ingredients
- 3 1/2 c. water
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 carrot, diced
- 2 green onion, diced
- 1 env. Lipton noodle soup mix with real chicken broth
Directions
- Saute/fry carrots and onions; place on paper towel to drain off oil. Bring water to boil, add in carrots and onions and soup mix; cook 5 min. Work fork, stir in egg. Cook 2 min more.
