Egg Drop Soup
Ingredients
- 2 c. chicken broth
- 1 sm. egg
- 1 stalk green onion, chived
- 1 dash sesame seed oil
Directions
- In a small saucepan bring chicken broth to a complete boil. While broth is coming to boil scramble 1 small egg in a small bowl. When broth is at a full boil add in 1 dash of sesame seed oil. Then add in egg and stir once when egg is completely cooked. Top with green onion.
- Serves 2.
